Laremy Tunsil tweets the perfect reaction to reporting the historic contract extension with the Texans

Laremy Tunsil and Houston Tx He reportedly agreed to a three-year contract extension that would make him the highest-paid offensive tackle in NFL history.

NFL Network reports that Tunsil and the Texans have agreed to a three-year, $75 million extension that includes at least $50 million in guarantees and could be worth up to $60 million in total guarantees.

A three-time Pro Bowler tweeted the perfect reaction to the reported deal, taking a page out of it North Carolina A&T The Playbook by Coach Sam Washington. Washington went viral in 2018 for his pep talk to his players. Tunsil tweeted a seven-second clip.

“Tell them to bring me my money,” Washington says in the video.

Washington’s moment became viral after the team’s victory over East Carolina.

Houston acquired Tunsil Miami Dolphin in a trade right before the start of the 2019 season. The Texans traded a 2020 first-round pick, a 2021 first-round pick and a 2021 second-round pick along with Johnson Bademossi and Julian Davenport. Houston also received a fourth-round pick in 2020, a sixth-round pick in 2021 and Kenny Stills in the deal.

Tunsil still proved to be one of the better offensive linemen in the league. All three Pro Bowl seasons came with Texas.

He could protect the rookie quarterback at the start of the 2023 season.
