Anti-capitalist teacher promotes anarchy, and “loves” when students “disrespect authority”

Anarchism is skeptical of all justifications for power and seeks to abolish systems such as capitalism, which it claims maintain unnecessary coercion and hierarchy. Young also said she sympathized with the Industrial Workers of the World, an ideological union with ties to socialism and anarchism.
“My students this year have no respect for authority,” said the St. Paul County teacher. “And I love that in a person because I have no respect for authority at all. But it’s been a frustrating year because I’m the authority. So I’m like, ‘Fuck the man, but I’m the man.'”

Regarding the purpose of education, Jung believes that it is not only to prepare students to enter the labor market but to learn about “nature”.
The science teacher added that classic cell biology lessons are part of the “capitalist indoctrination.“

“Seventh grade science… [is] The year I learned that mitochondria are the powerhouse of the cell and all this cell biology. At the end of the unit, I have [students] test leads. And one of the questions is ‘Someone says the nucleus is the most important organelle in a cell.’ Do we agree or disagree, and why?
“And almost every kid says, ‘Yeah, I agree. Because without a boss, the cell would be a complete mess. ‘”
Jung added the Student responses “Crack me,” she continued, saying that the microscopic bacteria are the “original anarchists.”

“Bacteria have no eukaryote, and are arguably one of the most successful classes of organisms on the planet. And the bacteria here are the original anarchists, right? No eukaryote, no master. They took over the means of metabolism. I don’t have it. I don’t know. It’s funny for for me “.

The county issued a statement to Fox News Digital, saying, “As a general rule, public employees are entitled, as citizens, to comment in person on matters of public importance without restriction or retaliation by their employer.”
