An old 1988 Paul Newman Volvo wagon sold for more than the cost of a new one

He had a modified dark gray wagon with a turbocharged V-6 from a Buick Grand National muscle car.
It also had a five-speed manual transmission from the Pontiac Firebird and suspension upgrades to improve its handling.
Newman was a performance car enthusiast and professional racing driver who had a huge win at the 24 Hours of Daytona.
